Vista del Norte is an active neighborhood with 438 homes located off of Blanco Road, across from Churchill Estates. We are within close proximity of Wurzbach Pkwy, Loop 1604, Hwy 281 and Loop 410.
Our residents enjoy the use of our swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball court. From May to July, we are home to the Barracudas Swim Team. Swim lessons are also available in the summer.
In the shade of many oak trees in the VDN Park near the pool, residents can take advantage of the children’s playground, volleyball sand pit, and soccer goal. Picnic tables nearby provide a place for birthday parties, weekend gatherings or HOA events such as Market Days in the Park or National Night Out or holiday-themed parties.
Vista Del Norte HOA is one of a few volunteer-run Board of Directors in the city and our residents work hard to keep our HOA dues low, but still provide many amenities for the residents. Many volunteer committees provide the help and talents to organize HOA events throughout the year such as pool parties, the Polar Bear Plunge, Christmas caroling and more.
On any given day of the year, you will see residents out taking a stroll, walking a dog, or cycling on our bicycle lanes. Nearby Hardberger Park and Walker Ranch Park along with the linear trails of the Salado Creek Greenway provide many varied options for keeping fit while exploring the scenic area.
